Bedhas:
1. SamaPaadam – Feets kept together facing front standing straight.

2. AnchitaPaadam – Placing the heels on the floor and raising the toes up.

3. KunchitaPaadam –Placing the toes down bending the front portion of the foot facing back and lifting the heel.The sole should resemble a crescent moon.

SuchiPaadam – Placing the foot of the right leg on the big toe and raising the heel while left leg remains in samapaadam.

Agrasthalasancharam – Lifting the heel and placing the toes and the front portion of the foot on ground.

Uthghatitham – Toes are placed the ground while the heel is raised and tapped.

Dhatitham – Heel on the ground while the toes are lifted up and tapped on the floor.

Katithothsetham – Agrasthalasancharam and udgatitham done together.


9. Katitham – Placing the little toe on floor and lifting the heal.

Marthitham – Sliding the foot and raising it.


Agragam – Sliding the foot.

Parshinigam – Moving with heel on ground and moving back.

Parshvagam – Placing the feet facing sideways like a straight line.
